Fraud rules

You acknowledge that installs are validated against rules R1–R7 documented at how it works. Rejections are final for hard-reject rules; soft-flag rules enter the admin review queue.

Payout thresholds

Minimum payout $50. Net-30 terms. First 100 conversions are quarantined for manual review.

Tax forms

W-9 required for US publishers; W-8BEN for non-US. Payouts on hold until a valid form is on file.

Termination

We may terminate this agreement for cause (fraud, breach). Accrued approved earnings remain payable subject to the standard payout cycle.
