Terms of service

By using ADNET, you agree to these Terms. ADNET Media LLC operates the platform under State of Wyoming, USA.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information. Accounts are one-per-company. ADNET may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or the Publisher Agreement / Advertiser Agreement.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Generating fraudulent installs (incentivized without disclosure, emulators, device farms).
• Scraping personal contact data for outreach.
• Circumventing fraud rules (e.g. VPN-stripping before install).

3. Payments + payouts

Advertisers fund via Stripe. Publishers are paid net-30. Minimum payout $50.

4. Liability

Service provided as-is; ADNET Media LLC's liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.

5. Disputes

Governed by State of Wyoming, USA.
